Products Description
This series of nylon seals is made of brand-new pure nylon raw materials without recycled materials, and finely processed through precision turning, compression molding and fine polishing. The finished products have smooth burr-free, pore-free and scratch-free surfaces with regular roundness and strictly controlled dimensional tolerance. The compact molecular structure of nylon brings excellent self-lubricating performance and ultra-low friction coefficient, avoiding wear, powder generation and part surface scratching during long-term reciprocating sliding and rotating friction. Featuring high rigidity and outstanding compression and deformation resistance, the seals are not easy to flatten or relax under pressure, and maintain stable dimensions under high and low temperatures, without aging softening, cracking or swelling failure common to rubber parts. They also have good oil resistance, solvent resistance, insulation and aging resistance, adapting to long-term operation in hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, dry gas and slightly humid industrial environments. Widely used for equipment gap limiting, wear-resistant dustproofing, auxiliary leakage prevention and insulation isolation, they perfectly make up for the performance shortcomings of rubber seals in high-precision, high-wear and high-shape-stability working conditions, with far better service life and assembly accuracy than ordinary sealing gaskets and rings.
Product Advantages
High Wear Resistance & Self-lubrication for High-frequency Friction
Nylon material has natural self-lubricating properties with minimal friction resistance without additional lubrication. It resists wear and powder generation and avoids jamming during high-frequency reciprocating and continuous rotating operation, effectively protecting equipment contact surfaces and greatly reducing equipment wear rate and maintenance frequency.
Ultra-stable Dimension for Zero-error Precision Assembly
Rigid nylon material has nearly zero compression deformation and is not affected by temperature, pressure and media. It avoids thermal expansion and contraction, pressure relaxation and long-term deformation of rubber parts. With precisely controllable assembly gaps and excellent shape stability, it maintains original dimensional accuracy for a long time, perfectly meeting the assembly requirements of precision equipment, narrow gaps and high positioning accuracy.

Oil & Corrosion Resistance for Industrial Media
It has excellent tolerance to hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, engine oil and various solvent oils, without swelling, shrinking or corrosion aging after long-term immersion. It also resists erosion from weak acid, weak alkali, humidity and dust, adapting to most industrial fluid and mechanical lubrication working conditions with long-term stable sealing and protection performance.
Insulation & Noise Reduction with High Safety
As a high-quality insulating material, nylon is non-conductive and leakage-proof, effectively isolating circuits and electronic control equipment for insulation protection. With moderate toughness, it buffers equipment operation vibration after installation, reduces hard contact friction of metal parts and lowers operating noise, realizing dual effects of protection and noise reduction.
High Strength & Extrusion Resistance for Long Service Life
It has excellent mechanical strength, tensile resistance, extrusion resistance and impact resistance, which can withstand conventional high-pressure equipment load without damage or fracture. With strong weather resistance, it is not easy to age, embrittle or fail under normal-temperature industrial environments, with a comprehensive service life far longer than ordinary rubber and plastic sealing parts.

Product Q&A
Q: What are the core differences between nylon seals and rubber seals?
A: The core difference lies in material properties and applicable working conditions. Nylon is hard engineering plastic focusing on high wear resistance, zero deformation, high shape stability and self-lubrication with permanent stable dimensions, suitable for high-frequency friction, precise gaps, oil media and precise positioning scenarios, mainly for limiting, wear protection and auxiliary sealing. Rubber seals are soft and rely on elasticity to fill gaps, ideal for general sealing scenarios requiring large compression, low pressure waterproofing and dynamic compensation, but unable to withstand long-term high-frequency wear and high-pressure shaping.
Q: Is the wear resistance of nylon seals reliable?
A: Extremely reliable. Nylon is a recognized wear-resistant and self-lubricating industrial material with an ultra-low friction coefficient, capable of long-term stable operation without additional lubrication. It hardly wears, generates powder or scratches equipment parts under high-frequency reciprocating and continuous rotating friction. Its wear-resistant service life is far longer than ordinary plastic, nylon gaskets and conventional rubber seals, making it the preferred accessory for wear-resistant sealing of precision motion equipment.
Q: Are nylon seals suitable for low-temperature environments?
A: Conventional nylon seals can withstand low temperatures down to -40℃ with stable dimensions and no shrinkage deformation, realizing normal limiting, wear-resistant and dustproof sealing functions. It should be noted that the material toughness will slightly decrease and brittleness will slightly increase under ultra-low temperatures, so they are not suitable for extreme working conditions of ultra-low temperature + high-pressure impact and severe vibration, but can work stably under conventional low-temperature static and low-speed motion conditions.
