This series of graphite seal rings is made of high-purity expanded graphite with purity ≥98%, asbestos-free and impurity-free. Finely processed through multi-layer lamination, high-temperature shaping and precise trimming, the products have compact and uniform structure, smooth surface, excellent elastic resilience, regular dimensions and high sealing fitting degree, which can closely fill micro gaps of equipment to achieve zero-leakage sealing after installation. Graphite material has inherent natural self-lubricating performance with an ultra-low friction coefficient, requiring no additional lubrication during equipment rotation and reciprocating movement, avoiding shaft scratching and wear powder generation. It features extremely high chemical stability, resisting strong acid, strong alkali, organic solvents, steam and heat conduction oil corrosion without reacting with most industrial media. With an ultra-low thermal expansion coefficient, it maintains stable dimensions under temperature changes, no softening or hardening at high temperature and no brittle cracking at low temperature. It can withstand long-term alternating high and low temperature, high-pressure impact and continuous operation, perfectly solving the pain points of conventional seals such as high-temperature failure, corrosion leakage and dry wear damage, suitable for various static and dynamic sealing scenarios.

Q: What are the advantages of graphite seal rings over rubber seals?
