Products Description
POM seals are made of pure brand-new POM raw materials through multiple processes including precision CNC turning, compression molding and fine grinding polishing. The finished products feature smooth burr-free surfaces, high dimensional accuracy and regular roundness. The material has inherent self-lubricating properties with an ultra-low friction coefficient, ensuring low heat generation, slight wear and no jamming during long-term reciprocating operation. With high rigidity and creep resistance, POM seals maintain stable dimensions under temperature and pressure changes, avoiding expansion, relaxation and aging failure common to rubber seals. They have excellent oil resistance, water resistance, weak acid and alkali resistance and weather resistance.
