This series of PU rubber seals is finely made of high-density polyurethane material with regular roundness, smooth pore-free and burr-free surface, high dimensional accuracy and stable sealing performance. The material features a dense molecular structure, strong elastic toughness and ultra-low compression set. Different from ordinary NBR and EPDM rubber, it has outstanding resistance to wear, tear and burst. It performs excellently against hydraulic oil, lubricating oil and fuel, suitable for long-term operation in various oil media. It also has good anti-aging, anti-oxidation and hydrolysis resistance, avoiding powder falling, cracking, relaxation and failure caused by high-pressure extrusion and high-frequency friction.
