This series of plastic sealing rings is made of brand-new virgin engineering plastic raw materials without recycled materials or impurity fillers, featuring compact and uniform material structure, moderate toughness and balanced hardness. Integrally formed by precision molds or precisely processed by CNC turning, the products have regular roundness, flat end faces, no burrs, pores or cracks, with strictly controlled dimensional tolerance and high assembly fitting degree. The plastic material has excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-aging performance with extremely low water absorption, avoiding deformation, softening and cracking in humid and water environments. It resists erosion of conventional oil, clean water and air media, free of wear powder generation and equipment jamming during long-term operation. Compared with rubber sealing rings, it features permanent shape stability without compression collapse and elastic fatigue after long-term use, realizing multiple functions including dustproof sealing, gap limiting, wear protection and noise reduction. With complete specifications and support for bulk standard spot goods and customized non-standard products, it is suitable for various static and low-speed dynamic sealing scenarios. It delivers much higher cost performance than ordinary rubber gaskets and sealing rings, being the preferred replacement accessory for general mechanical equipment sealing.
