This series of rubber seal rings are integrally molded from high-purity elastic rubber materials through precision high-temperature vulcanization, with regular round ring body, uniform thickness, no splicing gaps, no bubbles or trachoma, and highly consistent overall elasticity. Full-range industrial materials including NBR, EPDM, FKM, Silicone and HNBR are available to adapt to differentiated working conditions such as oil, water vapor, high and low temperature, acid-base corrosion and clean media. Designed strictly according to international general groove standards, it features high cross-section accuracy, stable compression rebound and low permanent compression deformation, avoiding collapse and relaxation under long-term pressure. Perfectly fitting standard sealing grooves, it automatically compensates slight wear and gap changes during equipment operation to maintain long-term tightness. With excellent wear resistance, aging resistance, medium corrosion resistance and cold-heat alternation resistance, the smooth surface ensures jamming-free operation in high-frequency continuous working environments.
