Products Description
This series of square nylon washers is made of PA6 and PA66 modified nylon plates and rods by CNC processing or compression molding. The products have flat surfaces without burrs, uniform sizes and stable tolerances. With good self-lubricating performance and low friction coefficient, they resist corrosion from weak acids, weak alkalis and grease and will not rust. They can effectively isolate metal contact surfaces, prevent indentations and scratches on workpieces caused by bolt tightening, and play the roles of insulation, shock absorption and pressure dispersion. Various non-standard sizes of inner hole, outer diameter and thickness can be customized on demand. Selection of wear-resistant and toughened modified materials is supported. All products are controlled in accordance with ISO9001 quality standards, suitable for various bolt fastening assembly structures.

Q: What is the difference between square nylon washers and round nylon washers?
A: Square washers are not easy to rotate and slide after assembly with better positioning effect and larger pressure-bearing area. Round washers have anti-rotation limitation and are suitable for narrow spaces without anti-rotation requirements. Square nylon washers are preferred if offset prevention is required.
Q: What temperature can nylon washers withstand for long-term use?
A: Conventional PA6 and PA66 square nylon washers are suitable for long-term use at -20℃～80℃ and can withstand up to 120℃ for a short time. Continuous high temperature will cause aging and softening. We can discuss high-temperature modified materials for high-temperature working conditions.
Q: Will nylon washers deform under pressure?
