Raw materials of this series of nylon machined parts include pure nylon, glass fiber reinforced nylon, wear-resistant and toughened nylon profiles. They are directly cut by 3-axis and 5-axis CNC precision machine tools. Complex structural parts such as sliding blocks, bushings, gears, guide wheels, limit pads, support seats and insulating accessories can be manufactured. The products have smooth surface without shrinkage and deformation with controllable dimensional tolerance. They have excellent self-lubricating performance, resist corrosion from weak acids, weak alkalis and organic solvents, and can withstand long-term reciprocating sliding and impact loads. Selection of modified materials with wear resistance, toughening and UV resistance is supported. Customization can be carried out according to CAD, PDF, STEP drawings or physical samples. Produced in accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system and tested for dimension, wear resistance and mechanical properties, they are suitable for prototype and small-batch supporting production of various equipment.

Q: What is the difference between CNC nylon machined parts and injection molded nylon parts?

A: CNC nylon machined parts are directly cut from profiles without molds and have no minimum order quantity. They are suitable for sampling, small batches and complex special-shaped structures. Injection molded parts require molds and are suitable for mass-produced standard parts, which are prone to shrinkage and deformation. CNC machined parts are preferred for complex structures and R&D prototypes.

Q: Can glass fiber reinforced nylon be used for CNC processing?

A: Yes. Glass fiber reinforced nylon has better rigidity, heat resistance and dimensional stability, but lower toughness and higher hardness of friction surface. It is mostly used for load-bearing fixed parts and not recommended for long-term pure sliding friction positions.

Q: Are nylon machined parts easy to wear under long-term continuous friction?

A: Ordinary nylon has self-lubricating ability. Wear-resistant modified nylon raw materials can be selected for high-load continuous friction working conditions. Normal wear will still occur under extreme load without lubrication, and lubricating grease can further extend the service cycle.
