This series of nylon machine parts includes bushings, sliding blocks, gears, guide wheels, limit pads, support seats, insulating brackets, sealing support rings and other components. Materials such as pure nylon, toughened nylon, glass fiber reinforced nylon and wear-resistant modified nylon can be selected according to working conditions. The products have stable dimensions and good creep resistance. With inherent self-lubricating characteristics and low friction coefficient, they resist corrosion from grease, weak acids, weak alkalis and organic solvents, and can withstand long-term reciprocating sliding and continuous impact loads. Material modifications including wear resistance, UV resistance, flame retardancy and toughening are supported. Mass injection molding is available for standard parts, and CNC machining enables rapid sampling of complex non-standard special-shaped parts. Produced in accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system and tested for mechanical properties, wear resistance and dimensional accuracy, they are suitable for continuous operation of all kinds of mechanical equipment.

Q: What are the advantages and disadvantages of nylon machine parts compared with metal parts?

A: Advantages: self-lubricating, light weight, rust-free, lower operating noise and lower overall cost. Disadvantages: ultimate load capacity and high temperature resistance are weaker than metals. They are suitable for medium and low-load working conditions requiring rust prevention, noise reduction and maintenance-free lubrication. Metal accessories are recommended for ultra-high pressure and continuous high temperature working conditions.

Q: Can glass fiber reinforced nylon machine parts be produced?

A: Yes. Glass fiber reinforced nylon can improve rigidity, heat resistance and dimensional stability and reduce creep under force. However, toughness decreases and the hardness of friction surface increases. It is mostly used for load-bearing fixed structures and not suitable for long-term pure sliding friction positions.

Q: Are nylon parts easy to wear under long-term reciprocating friction?

A: Ordinary nylon has basic self-lubricating performance. Wear-resistant modified nylon raw materials can be selected to reduce wear for high-load continuous friction scenarios. Normal wear will occur under extreme load without lubrication, and lubricating grease can effectively extend the service life.
