This series of precision plastic parts are made of high-end engineering-grade, medical-grade and food-grade plastic materials including POM, PA66, ABS, PC, PEEK, PTFE and PMMA, with pure material, no impurities or bubbles and dense internal structure. Adopting precision closed-loop injection molding and five-axis CNC precision carving technology, it can process complex plastic parts with micron-level tolerance, ultra-thin wall, special-shaped curved surface and hollow nested structure, with a minimum forming size of 1mm³ to meet the needs of micro-precision equipment accessories. Finished through deburring, mirror polishing, sandblasting and hardening treatment, the products feature smooth surface, no shrinkage dents, no warping deformation and high dimensional consistency. Customizable properties such as insulation, flame retardancy, wear resistance, temperature resistance and aging resistance are available, supporting insert embedding, two-color molding and soft-hard composite integrated processing. With tiny deformation rate and high assembly fitting degree, the parts are not easy to loosen or wear during long-term operation, adapting to high-demand working conditions such as high-frequency assembly, dynamic fine adjustment, closed limit and insulation protection of precision equipment.
