Products Description
This series of urethane components includes two major material systems: polyester type and polyether type, produced by casting molding and high-temperature compression molding. The hardness can be flexibly adjusted from Shore A to Shore D. The finished products have dense structure and pore-free surface with excellent tear resistance and resilience. The products have good oil resistance, hydrolysis resistance, aging resistance and repeated impact resistance, and can continuously withstand extrusion, friction and rolling. Custom products such as buffer blocks, coated rollers, wear-resistant bushings, limit stops, sealing gaskets and shock absorption pads are available. Formula modifications including anti-static, low temperature resistance and high wear resistance are supported. The products feature stable dimensions and good batch consistency. Manufactured in strict accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system, they are suitable for various industrial working conditions with long-term heavy load and high-frequency reciprocating operation.

Q: What are the advantages of urethane components compared with ordinary rubber parts?
A: Urethane has better wear resistance and bearing capacity than conventional rubber, with a wider optional hardness range. It is not easy to tear and produce permanent deformation and has better oil resistance, suitable for heavy load and continuous friction working conditions. Ordinary rubber is prone to aging, bulging and rapid wear under long-term compression.
Q: Can urethane components be customized with different hardness?
A: The hardness can be adjusted as required, covering Shore A10 ~ Shore D80.
