Products Description
This series of nylon plastic parts includes structural parts such as sliding blocks, bushings, gears, guide wheels, limit pads, insulating brackets and support rings. Various materials including pure nylon, glass fiber reinforced nylon, wear-resistant modified nylon and toughened nylon can be selected according to working conditions. The products have stable dimensions and excellent creep resistance. With inherent self-lubricating property and low friction coefficient, they resist corrosion from grease, weak acids, weak alkalis and organic solvents, and can withstand long-term reciprocating sliding and continuous impact loads. Custom modifications such as wear resistance, toughening, UV resistance and flame retardancy are supported. Injection molding is adopted for mass orders, and CNC precision processing is used for small-batch complex special-shaped parts. Products can be developed according to drawings and samples. In full compliance with the ISO9001 quality management system, all goods are tested for mechanical properties, wear resistance and dimensional accuracy, suitable for long-term continuous operation of various mechanical equipment.

Q: Will nylon plastic parts absorb water and deform after long-term storage?
A: Pure nylon materials have certain water absorption, and changes in ambient humidity will slightly affect dimensional accuracy. For high-precision accessories, we can select modified low-water-absorption nylon materials. It is recommended to reserve appropriate debugging allowance before assembly to ensure long-term assembly precision.
Q: Can nylon plastic parts be used outdoors for a long time?
A: Ordinary nylon is prone to aging and embrittlement under long-term outdoor sunlight exposure. For long-term outdoor working conditions, we recommend modified nylon added with UV resistance additives to effectively slow down ultraviolet aging and extend outdoor service life.
Q: Can secondary processing such as grinding, drilling and tapping be carried out on the surface of nylon parts?
A: Yes. Both injection molded nylon parts and CNC nylon parts can undergo secondary processing including drilling, tapping, grinding and grooving. Holes and threads can be directly formed during production for mass products to reduce subsequent processing procedures.
