This series of precision plastic components are manufactured from industrial-grade and medical-grade engineering plastics including PA66, POM, PC, PEEK, PTFE and PPO via precision injection molding, CNC finishing, insert embedding, soft-hard composite molding and other processes. Components can be formed with multiple features in one single cavity, or composed of multiple matched plastic parts to form complete functional units, including positioning modules, sliding guide assemblies, insulating support assemblies, locking buckle assemblies and micro transmission assemblies. Strict dimensional tolerance control ensures smooth mating surfaces without burrs and excellent interchangeability for mass production. Material modification can be customized to achieve low friction wear resistance, flame retardant insulation, temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, food or medical cleanliness. Finished products undergo stress relief treatment to reduce deformation risk during long-term service.
