Raw materials of this series of nylon components include PA6, PA66, glass fiber reinforced nylon, wear-modified nylon and toughened nylon. Manufactured by precision injection molding or CNC cutting, the products have stable dimensions, flat surfaces and low creep tendency. With excellent self-lubricating performance, they resist corrosion from weak acids, weak alkalis and organic solvents, and can withstand reciprocating friction and impact loads for a long time. Custom products such as gears, bearing bushings, sliding blocks, rollers, pads, limit seats and insulating brackets are available. Modification schemes including wear resistance, toughening, glass fiber reinforcement and UV resistance are supported. Produced in strict accordance with ISO9001 quality standards and tested for mechanical properties, wear resistance and dimensional accuracy, the products are suitable for continuously operating equipment under normal and medium temperature conditions.

Q: What are the advantages and disadvantages of nylon components compared with metal accessories?
A: Advantages: self-lubrication, light weight, rust-free, low operating noise and lower processing cost. Disadvantages: its high temperature resistance and ultimate load-bearing capacity are weaker than metals. It is suitable for working conditions with medium and low loads requiring noise reduction, rust prevention and no lubrication. Metal parts are recommended for ultra-high pressure and ultra-high temperature scenarios.
Q: Can nylon components be modified with glass fiber reinforcement?
A: Yes. Glass fiber reinforced nylon can significantly improve rigidity, dimensional stability and heat resistance and reduce creep under force. However, the toughness decreases slightly and the hardness of the friction surface increases. It is generally used for load-bearing fixed parts instead of pure sliding friction scenarios.
Q: Are nylon parts prone to wear after long-term friction?
A: Pure nylon has self-lubricating ability. For working conditions with continuous high-load friction, we can adopt wear-resistant modified nylon formula to further reduce wear. If the load is extremely high without lubrication, normal wear will still occur, and grease can be used to extend the service life.
