Products Description
This series of nylon parts includes sliding blocks, bushings, gears, guide wheels, limit pads, insulating brackets and other products. Materials such as pure nylon, glass fiber reinforced nylon and wear-resistant modified nylon can be selected according to working conditions. The products have stable dimensions and low creep tendency. With inherent self-lubricating performance and low friction coefficient, they resist corrosion from weak acids, weak alkalis and organic solvents, and can withstand long-term reciprocating sliding and impact loads. Custom modifications including wear resistance, toughening, UV resistance and flame retardancy are supported. Mass production by injection molding or rapid sampling by CNC processing can be carried out according to drawings and samples. Produced in accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system and tested for mechanical properties, wear resistance and dimensional accuracy, they are suitable for long-term continuous operation of various mechanical equipment under normal and medium temperature environments.

Q: What are the advantages and disadvantages of nylon parts compared with metal parts?
A: Advantages: self-lubrication, light weight, rust-free, low operating noise and lower cost. Disadvantages: high temperature resistance and ultimate load capacity are inferior to metals. Suitable for medium and low-load working conditions requiring noise reduction, rust prevention and no lubrication. Metal accessories are recommended for ultra-high pressure and high temperature scenarios.
Q: Can glass fiber reinforced nylon parts be manufactured?
A: Yes. Glass fiber reinforced nylon greatly improves rigidity, heat resistance and dimensional stability and reduces creep under force. However, toughness decreases and the hardness of the friction surface increases. It is mostly used for load-bearing fixed parts and not recommended for pure sliding friction positions.
Q: Are nylon parts easy to wear under long-term continuous friction?
A: Pure nylon has basic self-lubricating ability. Wear-resistant modified nylon can be selected to reduce wear for high-load continuous friction scenarios. Normal wear will still occur under extremely high load without lubrication, and lubricating grease can effectively extend the service life.
