Products Description
This series of polyurethane components is produced with polyester and polyether polyurethane raw materials via casting molding and high-temperature compression molding. Multiple hardness ranging from Shore A to Shore D can be formulated on demand. The products have compact surface without pores, excellent tear resistance and resilience. They feature good oil resistance, hydrolysis resistance, aging resistance and impact resistance, and can withstand repeated extrusion and friction impact. Customization of various special-shaped pads, rollers, buffer blocks, wear-resistant bushings, seals and shock pads is supported. Modifications such as anti-static, low temperature resistance and high wear resistance can be realized according to working conditions. The products have stable dimensions and good batch consistency. Controlled in accordance with the ISO9001 system throughout production, they are suitable for industrial scenarios with long-term continuous heavy load and high-frequency reciprocating operation.

Q: What are the advantages of polyurethane components compared with ordinary rubber parts?
A: Polyurethane has significantly better wear resistance than conventional rubber, higher bearing capacity and a wider range of hardness options. It is not prone to tearing and permanent deformation and features better oil resistance, making it suitable for heavy-load and high-frequency friction conditions. Ordinary rubber tends to age, bulge and wear quickly under long-term heavy pressure.
