This series of PTFE lined flexible hoses adopts food-grade and industrial high-purity PTFE inner walls with integral extrusion molding, featuring smooth and dense inner walls without pores, no impurity precipitation, no medium adhesion and no retention dead corners. The outer layer is equipped with 304/316L high-density stainless steel braided layer, which closely fits the pipe body, greatly improving the overall pressure resistance, tensile resistance and pulse resistance, and eliminating hidden dangers of lining delamination, bulging and damage. The pipe body has excellent flexibility, supports multi-angle free bending, resists repeated bending fatigue, and adapts to complex pipeline layout in narrow spaces. The product has an ultra-wide temperature resistance range, no brittle cracking at low temperature, no softening deformation at high temperature, and can resist erosion of most acid-base solvents and corrosive chemical media. The joint and pipe body adopt integrated compression sealing technology with strong sealing performance and zero leakage. It supports CIP online cleaning and high-temperature sterilization working conditions.
