Products Description

 

The bellows of this series of Flexible Pump Connector is optional 304, 316L and 321 stainless steel. The outer multi-layer stainless steel braided mesh improves tensile resistance and pulse pressure resistance. Standard flanges are arranged at both ends. The waveform structure is optimized for fluid working conditions with smooth flow and few medium retention dead zones. Welded joints are dense and leak-free. The product features excellent fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance against moisture, oil, weak acids and alkalis, and adapts to alternating cold and hot medium conditions. Nominal diameter, effective length and wall thickness structure can be customized according to pump power, flow rate and pressure. Limit tie rods and external protective sleeves are optional. All products pass hydraulic and air tightness tests before delivery, suitable for installation at inlet and outlet of various pump sets including centrifugal pumps, booster pumps, oil pumps and cooling circulation pumps.
