This series of plastic coated flexible metal hoses adopt precisely occluded metal corrugated substrate with smooth bending, strong tensile and extrusion resistance, and no easy deformation or fracture. The outer layer is integrally coated with new weather-resistant plastic raw materials, closely attached to the metal substrate without hollowing or delamination. The surface is smooth and burr-free with high water and dust resistance. The outer plastic layer is modified with UV and aging resistance, which can adapt to long-term outdoor exposure, humidity, rain and salt spray environments without peeling, cracking or fading. The inner metal structure ensures the overall toughness and compression resistance of the pipeline, supporting free bending and layout in narrow spaces, special-shaped wiring and equipment dynamic displacement scenarios.
