This series of PTFE corrugated hoses are extruded and corrugated with new virgin PTFE raw materials, without recycled materials or additive precipitation. The pipe wall has regular texture, uniform corrugation spacing and balanced stress resistance. Compared with ordinary smooth-bore PTFE pipes, the optimized corrugated structure greatly improves bending flexibility, supporting multi-angle free bending and special-shaped pipeline layout without dead folding, blockage or collapse, while retaining all excellent properties of PTFE. With extreme chemical inertness, it is hardly reactive with acids, alkalis, organic solvents and corrosive media. The smooth inner wall prevents medium adhesion, effectively avoiding scaling and blockage during the transportation of slurry, viscous liquid and crystallizable fluid. It features ultra-wide temperature adaptability, no embrittlement at low temperature and no softening deformation at high temperature, adapting to long-term operation under alternating cold and hot conditions. With good insulation, UV resistance and non-toxicity, it supports sterile and clean medium transmission. Integrated structures such as straight-through and flanged joints are optional to adapt to complex installation scenarios including equipment displacement, pipeline fine adjustment, shock absorption and dislocation compensation.
