This series of stainless steel corrugated flexible hoses are integrally corrugated from food-grade and industrial-grade 304, 316L stainless steel raw materials. The pipe body has uniform and regular corrugations with smooth inner walls without protrusions, avoiding medium residue and scaling. The outer layer is equipped with high-density stainless steel braided mesh, which closely fits the pipe body, effectively improving the overall tensile, explosion-proof and pulse pressure resistance and preventing pipe deformation and cracking. Both ends can adapt to various universal connection methods such as thread, quick connector and small flange, matching most conventional equipment interfaces. Processed by annealing and softening technology, the product has excellent bending and resilience performance, and is free from fatigue and jamming after repeated bending. It resists high and low temperature, oxidation and conventional oil-water medium corrosion without harmful substance precipitation, combining industrial practicability and civil safety. All products pass air tightness and water pressure burst sampling tests before delivery, suitable for long-term continuous fluid transportation under normal and medium temperature conditions.
