This series of large diameter metal hoses is integrally molded with thickened stainless steel plates, featuring regular corrugation arrangement, uniform wall thickness and high structural strength. It can withstand high-flow fluid impact and high-pressure load without bulging, deformation or fracture. The smooth and transparent inner wall reduces flow resistance and avoids material accumulation dead angles, ensuring smooth medium transmission and stable flow for large-diameter pipelines. The flanges and joints at both ends adopt integral welding and forging technology with full and dense welds and strong pressure tightness, preventing interface leakage, welding detachment and falling off under high pressure conditions. With excellent flexible stretching, vibration damping and displacement compensation performance, it adapts to complex working conditions such as pipeline settlement, alternating cold and hot deformation and high-frequency equipment vibration.
