This series of flat O ring gaskets is integrally molded by compression vulcanization process, with flat and regular shape, burr-free, pore-free and warp-free smooth surface, as well as high dimensional accuracy and controllable tolerance. Multiple high-quality rubber materials such as NBR, EPDM, food-grade silicone and polyurethane are optional to adapt to complex working conditions including oil resistance, waterproof, high and low temperature resistance, wear resistance, aging resistance and corrosion resistance. Combining the flat support of gaskets and the elastic sealing of O-rings, the product fits the contact surface evenly under pressure and fills micro gaps with excellent waterproof, oil-proof, air-proof and dust-proof effects. Compared with traditional round O-rings, the flat structure bears force more evenly, avoiding distortion, displacement and flattening. It will not jack up equipment interfaces or affect assembly accuracy after installation. Installation Method
- Clean the equipment sealing end face before installation to remove dust, oil stains, burrs and impurities, ensuring a flat and clean contact surface to avoid leakage caused by poor fitting.
-Confirm that the specification and material of the flat O ring gasket match the equipment working conditions. Place the gasket flat on the sealing groove or butt end face, ensuring it is fully flat without distortion, folding or offset.
-Fasten the screws or joints evenly and slowly to ensure uniform force on the whole gasket. Avoid violent single-side fastening to prevent extrusion deformation and deviation.
-Check the fitting status after fastening to ensure no warping or displacement. Put it into normal use after passing water and air leakage test.

Q: What is the difference between flat O ring gaskets and ordinary O-rings?
A: The core difference lies in structure and applicable scenarios. Ordinary O-rings have round cross-sections with large thickness, which cannot be installed in narrow gaps and are prone to distortion, curling and local extrusion deformation causing leakage during fastening. Flat O ring gaskets feature flat cross-sections with thinner thickness and larger contact area. Specially designed for narrow gaps and precision flat end faces, they cause no protrusion or deformation after installation, with much higher sealing stability and fitting accuracy than ordinary O-rings.
Q: Can flat O ring gaskets be used for outdoor, high and low temperature environments?
A: It is applicable to most outdoor and temperature-variable working conditions. EPDM and silicone materials with excellent UV resistance, oxidation resistance and weather resistance can work stably in the temperature range of -50℃~180℃. They resist sunlight, rain and dry-wet alternation without pulverization, hardening or cracking during long-term outdoor use. Q: How to store flat O ring gaskets to extend service life?
A: Flat rubber gaskets are easy to store. For long-term storage, place them in a cool, dry, dark and ventilated indoor environment, avoiding long-term sunlight exposure, humid soaking and high-temperature baking. Do not store them together with strong acid, alkali and organic solvents, and avoid extrusion stacking to prevent permanent deformation. Standard storage effectively prevents premature aging, hardening and elasticity loss, ensuring consistent brand-new sealing performance before use.
